2018 Enhanced LEAN Six Sigma Training

six sigma class of 2016 1

Have you noticed increasing pressure for nonprofit organizations to demonstrate their continuous improvement?  In 2016, eight nonprofit professionals were awarded Nonprofit LSS Green Belt Certification to respond to the need for local training to strengthen these competencies.

In 2018, LEAN Six Sigma (LSS) training returns to The Center, expanding to an organizational approach. We are partnering with a world-class LSS training expert, Go Lean Six Sigma  to provide a comprehensive, cost-effective solution.  Below is a list of just some of the features of this enhanced approach:

  • An organizational approach to LSS including two new tools:  1.  Organizational Readiness Assessment and 2. LSS Training Needs Analysis
  • Return of Green Belt Certification adding online modules to in-person sessions.  Community investors remain committed to providing financial support for this program. For organizations that want employees to certify their learning, The Center has negotiated a discounted nonprofit rate.
  • White Belt training for employees who need a quick online introduction to LEAN Six Sigma.   This training is delivered online at no charge.
  • Yellow Belt training and certification delivered online for employees who need an awareness course that teaches the fundamentals of LEAN Six Sigma process improvement.  This training is delivered online at no charge.  For organizations that want employees to certify their learning, The Center has negotiated a discounted nonprofit rate.

The Center is hosting a complimentary Overview Session in a lunch ‘n learn format for organizations who want to learn more about our enhanced approach local LSS training in 2018.
