Admissions Assistant

St. John’s Jesuit High School & Academy is in search of a part-time Admissions Assistant who is passionate about St. John’s Jesuit and can share that passion with potential incoming students, families and the community as a whole.  The Admissions Assistant is responsible for coordinating communication with the Mothers and Fathers club, Titans For a Day Visitors, potential families on application completion, financial aid meetings and meetings between families and St. John’s faculty and staff. In collaboration with the Director and Assistant Director of Admissions, the Admissions Assistant will be responsible for planning and coordinating all admissions events.

Qualified applicants must have a love for St. John’s Jesuit and forming Men for Others, previous experience in an office setting, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience as a proactive team member.  This position is approximately 29 hours per week and typically works Monday through Friday during school hours.  The position will require occasional hours during nights and weekends for special events.  Qualified applicants please send resume, cover letter and compensation requirements to Katie Sliwinski, Director of Human Resources and Strategic Initiatives at ksliwinski@sjjtitans.org.
