Accounts Payable and Spirit Shop Coordinator

Notre Dame Academy is seeking a full time (12 month, 35-40 hours per week) Accounts Payable and Spirit Shop Coordinator to begin immediately.  Major responsibilities include:  accounts payable processing, managing postage accounts, managing NDA’s Spirit Shop, deposit preparation, finance office receptionist, as well as other duties assigned by the CFO.    Required:  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business or related field, 3 years accounting experience, demonstrated computer (Excel/Word) proficiency, and effective written and oral communication skills.  Please submit cover letter, resume, salary requirement and references electronically to:  Mrs. Patricia Dunn, CFO, Notre Dame Academy,   The deadline for applications is February 25, 2022.
