Department:                         Northwest Ohio Pathways HUB

Immediate Supervisor:    Sr. Director, Community Health Improvement

Hours:                                      20-25 Hours

FLSA Status:                         Nonexempt, hourly, remote position, able to come into HCNO office for projects and meetings

 

SUMMARY:  To provide assistance and office support to Community Health Improvement Director, report staff and Pathway’s HUB

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An Associate’s degree in Business or Health-Related field preferred;
  • Previous experience working as an administrative assistant or secretary;
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written skills required;
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a complex environment;
  • Must be able to work with minimal direction & preplan meeting requirements;
  • Ability to take minutes or transcribe meeting minutes for Board/Committee meetings;
  • Understanding of office operations & working in a team environment;
  • Computer Skills- entire Microsoft office suite;
  • Must be able to flourish in a fast-paced working environment, understand office operations;
  • Must be a self-starter, independent worker, and dependable.

 JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the infrastructure support for the office of the Sr, Director of Community Health Improvement/Director of Pathway’s HUB
  • Independently performing all day-to-day administrative duties as assigned;
  • Handle sensitive information;
  • Supporting the programs and projects under the direction of the Senior Director;
  • Independently carrying out the day-to-day administrative activities of projects as assigned, including working closely with HCNO staff on deliverables for projects;
  • Coordinating scheduling, meetings, minutes, and correspondence;
  • Coordinating Board, Committee, Task Force meetings, materials, minutes, etc.;
  • Maintain contacts lists with addresses/email addresses for annual reports, fundraising, etc.;
  • Submit all project-related check requests;
  • Review all documentation for accuracy prior to presenting to Senior Director for signature;
  • Managing contracts and working with accounting to track all direct expenditures;
  • Budget tracking for various funding streams;
  • Retain records of transactions, filing, and submission of all required reports and documentation as required;
  • Other duties as assigned.
