Community Services Manager

The Community Services Manager position will be responsible for the following:

  • Reports to the Director of Community Services and facilitates all aspects of the Community Services Program.
  • Acts in the absence of the Director of Community Services.
  • Assists the Director in the developing and marketing of HCBS (home and community based services) for individuals wishing to receive services
  • Assists Director in the development and oversight of the budget for the Community Services Program.
  • Supervises, develops, and schedules employees

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred in providing care services to adults with developmental disabilities
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • General knowledge of the Medicaid Waiver system is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
