Community Services Manager

The Community Services Manager position will be responsible for the following:
- Reports to the Director of Community Services and facilitates all aspects of the Community Services Program.
- Acts in the absence of the Director of Community Services.
- Assists the Director in the developing and marketing of HCBS (home and community based services) for individuals wishing to receive services
- Assists Director in the development and oversight of the budget for the Community Services Program.
- Supervises, develops, and schedules employees

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred in providing care services to adults with developmental disabilities
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED.
- General knowledge of the Medicaid Waiver system is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
