Primary Functions –
Constantly coordinate for the Directors and the organization.
Contact vendors, volunteers, and service providers and coordinate meetings/quotes.
Perform searches and research for the Directors.
Keep everyone abreast of deadlines and task lists.
Take part in managing various events and publication printing.
An area of growth would be to manage certain aspects of the organization
JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinating all meetings for the Directors and organization
Assist in program planning.
Utilize, with high effectiveness, the network of Chabad National people, resources, and online systems for the benefits, including process improvements, of Chabad Toledo.
Coordinate building management, web design, communications, and grant writing functions.
Assist in generating ideas to streamline and increase the efficiency of Chabad House.
Perform building management activities.
Support the Directors in administrative roles—shopping, etc.
Areas for growth:
Oversee kitchen management.
Organize volunteers.
