Family and Resource Support Coordinator

FAMILY AND COMMUNITY RESOURCE COORDINATOR – TOLEDO – FULL-TIME

Due to program expansion, the YWCA CCR&R is seeking a Full-time, 40-hour position in Toledo, to manage all phases of the new foster family and community resource hub. Duties include oversight of outreach and recruitment of foster/adoptive caregivers, supervision of remote family partner specialist team, collaboration with community agencies (public and private), preparation of necessary reports, and development of supports and educational materials to ensure the program’s success. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Service, Public Administration, or a related field required and a minimum of two years of experience in the social work/public administration field. Knowledge of Child Welfare, Foster Care and Adoption is desired. Excellent organizational and presentation skills required. Ability and willingness to travel. Experience with persons from diverse ethnic, education, economic and cultural backgrounds. Experience training and coaching adults preferred. Technical, grant and report writing experience and strong computer skills must be demonstrable. Must be available evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license and adequate insurance required.

Salary: $45,760. Benefits available.
