ProMedica Foundations are currently recruiting for a Foundation Processing Specialist to join their team. The Foundations Processing Specialist provides diversified secretarial/administrative duties to ProMedica foundations following established procedures, maintains departmental records, files and correspondence for the department. They retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail and perform batch data entry into SalesForce data base. They generate and process thank you letters according to departmental policy as well as edit and proof correspondences, and reports. They are providing clerical support and assistance to a Foundation, Manager.

• Must be a high school graduate, associate degree preferred.  Requires 2-3 years previous office and computer experience.  Must be detail oriented.

• Must be capable of working independently and as a team member.

• Must be proficient in all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.  Prefer experience with SalesForce.

• Must demonstrate ability to work with confidential information.

• Must be able to frequently lift light to medium objects.

• Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills.
