Grant Writer & Manager

Catholic Charities – Diocese of Toledo is seeking a full-time Grant Writer & Manager in our Finance ministry.

Duties include: The Grant Manager is responsible for the grants program, including researching, writing, and reporting on all grants for the Catholic Charities ministries.  Grant funding sources include, but are not limited to, private foundations, governmental agencies and other sources supporting our mission. The Grant Manager will collaborate with internal and external constituencies throughout the full life cycle of grant awards, including planning and implementing grant programs, preparing budgets, researching funding opportunities, monitoring expenditures, identifying support agencies, tracking results, and analyzing financial data.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in Communications, English, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of researching, writing, editing, and coordinating grant proposals, or relevant work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with new grant source search tools is desirable. Maintain a current driver’s license, with the ability to travel within the Diocese of Toledo. Must successfully pass background check. Remote options available.
