Executive Director with additional reporting to Directors of Programs, Development, Finance and HR
Job Overview
Grants management, writing and reporting is a primary function of this role. On a day-to-day basis, this position will work closely with the Finance Director, Program Directors, Development Director, Data Analyst, and Accounts Payable Specialist in the process of ensuring compliance with grant-related finance and programmatic objectives. In addition, this position will work closely with program directors in devising grant budgets. The Grants Administrative Manager will also assist with implementing major giving and planned giving fundraising strategies.

Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of grant management and fundraising experience. They should also be familiar with, CRM nonprofit software, donor databases and other grant and fundraising technology to use in their daily job duties.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Grant research, writing and reporting (LOI’s, RFP’s, Applications, etc.)
• Coordinate the completion of all new grant budgets and grant renewals in collaboration with the Executive Director, Finance Director, Programs Director, and Development Director and relevant other directors
• Coordinate with appropriate Program staff to ensure awarded grants are implemented according to grant requirements and objectives
• Assist with coordination of all required grant revisions with Grants, Programs, and Finance staff
• Track grant expenditures and allocations to ensure compliance with appropriate grants
• Prepare and submit grant draws to the appropriate funding source within deadlines
• Regularly review expenses allocated to grants and contracts to confirm allowable expenses based on the approved grant budget
• Participate in the renewal of grant and other funding proposals as directed
• Participate in grant-related quality improvement special projects
• Communicate with Program Directors to provide grant budgets, status, and balances
• Assist with responding to annual audit, grant audit requests, and other funder requests
• Cultivate community engagement, outreach, and donor relationships
• Planning, executing, and evaluating fundraising campaigns, events, donation drivers, and activities
• Identifying and analyzing fundraising trends within the nonprofit community
