The Ohio State University Extension seeks an Associate Director, Operations who provides overall strategic leadership for twenty-four Area Leaders and with them the 88 county extension offices.

 

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s Level Degree

Candidates must have supervision experience. Must have experience with issues related to personnel, resource management, business operations, and risk management/compliance. Must have strong written/oral communication skills and experience working with diverse clientele and organizations. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, have effective time management, organizational and prioritizing skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
