Program Director

Catholic Charities – Diocese of Toledo is seeking a full-time Program Director for our social services ministries.

Duties include: The Program Director is responsible for planning, overseeing, managing, and coordinating the programmatic operations of the Agency social services ministries to maximize effectiveness in relation to the mission, vision, and core values of the Agency in our 19-county Diocese area. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director, serves on the Leadership Team, is a delegated representative of the Agency in community relations, and provides strategic and operational insights to the Executive Director and the Board to improve program outcomes and mission effectiveness.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in the area of Social Sciences, Social Work, or other affiliated social services professions required. MSW, MPA, or Master’s degree in related fields preferred. Five or more years of relevant supervisory work experience in a multi-service social services organization with a record of success in setting and achieving long-term goals and strategies, including illustration of program impact, excellence, and sustainability required. Knowledge of and commitment to principles of Catholic Social Teaching desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must maintain a current driver’s license, with the ability to travel within the Diocese of Toledo. Must successfully pass background check.
