Project Access Program Coordinator

Family and Child Abuse Prevention Center is seeking a Full-Time Program Coordinator for Project Access. Project Access provides case management services to victims of domestic violence. This includes providing information about domestic violence, assisting with safety planning, advocating on the client’s behalf, and linking the client with helpful community resources.

Candidates should be comfortable with independent work, knowledgeable on domestic violence, and networking with other community resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice or other human service related field.
  • Knowledge and experience working with victims of domestic violence.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in use of Access database and internet.
  • Valid driver’s license, availability of an automobile, and proof of liability insurance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining accurate client files that include safety plan, case plan, release of information documents, progress notes, and communication logs
  • Attending Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting and contribute to referrals
  • Providing case management services to clients
  • Providing support and referrals to appropriate resources
  • Collaborating with FCAPCS’s Court Advocacy and Long-Term Services
  • Keeping program database up to date
  • Assist in all other duties as requested or assigned by the Program Supervisor and/or CEO that support the mission and goals of the agency.
