Full-time position to direct the YWCA’s Rape Crisis Center, seeking a person to direct and oversee all functions of the program, including coordination and implementation of the rape crisis department. Knowledge of sexual assault issues, experience with diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, ability to manage crisis. Two-five years of experience in grant writing, reporting, managing large budget, which includes federal, state, and local dollars. Supervisory experience required. Bachelor’s degree minimum, in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; Master’s degree and license preferred. Valid driver’s license and insurance requirements. Salary $ 55-58,000, full benefits, flexible hours.
