Waiver Service Coordinator
Title: WAIVER SERVICE COORDINATOR
CONPENSATION: $44, 000 per year
Qualifications: RN or LSW required with experience working in home care for seniors. To provide coordination of long-term services and supports for individuals in home and community-based settings.
