Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field required plus two (2) years’ experience. Knowledge of the early childhood system, childcare program quality standards, Ohio childcare licensing, and early childhood development necessary. Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Valid license; some travel required.

YWCA Childcare Business Success is expanding and we need your business expertise.  Our mission is to support Childcare Administrators to streamline their business practices and efficiency in order to increase the quality of their program.  We are seeking ambitious self-starters, who excel at relationship building and are able to help administrators set and achieve business goals. This is achieved through creating more efficient processes, utilizing business automations and data analyzation tools. It is our desire to empower and mentor childcare Administrators through onsite technical assistance and network support.

Requirements;

*Proficient with Excel

*Childcare Management Software experience a plus (Ex: ProCare)

*Able to analyze business data: income/expenses/FTE

*Set SMART goals and work to achieve with Administrators
