We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join the Anne Grady Services team as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP). Anne Grady Services, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, seeks a passionate and experienced professional to help us fulfill our mission of fostering dignity, respect, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop individualized service delivery plans.
- Lead team meetings, ensure active treatment and comply with Medicaid and Licensure standards.
- Supervise, evaluate, and manage the performance of Direct Support Services employees.
- Work directly with individuals, promoting community participation and meaningful life outcomes.
- Maintain professional communication with staff, leadership, and families.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience working with children, especially those with ID/DD, is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- CPR/First Aid certification and Medication Administration certification.
