Craig Burns has been helping nonprofit organizations resolve the many legal issues they face, both common and extraordinary, for nearly 30 years.  He has served on a number of nonprofit boards over many years.  He earned his bachelor’s degree at Miami University, his law degree at the University of Virginia, and an MBA from The University of Toledo.
