Data Entry & Client Service Specialist

 

Overview

The Data Entry & Client Service Specialist uses our client management software, ServTracker, to manage data, track service authorizations, process reports, and troubleshoot software issues. Ability to quickly learn and understand new software is required.

The Data Entry & Client Service Specialist also works as a team member to support new and existing clients of our home-delivered meal program, reporting to the operations manager. This position works with other staff to ensure a seamless entry for new clients and to address any day-to day issues that arise with current clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma with proven work history. Associate or Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years client service experience preferably with non-profit and/or social service industry.
  • Excellent client service skills dealing with a diverse population.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Google, custom client management software applications and various online agency portals.
  • Highly accurate data entry and word processing skills.
  • Detail oriented; able to prioritize duties, work independently and multi-task.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Pay: $33,000-$40,000 per year
