Facility Maintenance Technician

Sylvania United Church of Christ is seeking candidates for a full-time or part-time Facility Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT), liaison with contract maintenance and supply companies, stocking supplies, security and safety tasks, logistics for events and services (e.g. moving furniture), emergency response during bad weather and small building repairs. Full-time hours would include landscaping and cleaning as well.
