Qualifications:
To work as a Janitor/Custodian, you need to have a strong interest in cleaning and maintaining the facilities. Reliability and consistency in cleaning is essential to excelling in the position.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License, good driving record and Auto Insurance
18 years or older
Pass criminal background, drug screen and physical
1-6 months related experience or training
Must be able to work independently and swiftly
Able to lift 60+ pounds, bend, squat, pull, push and use cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies
Good attendance record required

Job Details:
Provide Janitorial and Housekeeping services to our facilities and care homes while maintaining upkeep and stocking supplies.
Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash pick-up
Sanitizing, window washing and wiping down desks, tables and chairs
Bathroom cleaning and sanitation
Supply restocking, maintain supply cart
General housekeeping and picking up
Disinfecting surfaces
Cleaning projects as assigned
