MARKETING COORDINATOR, TOLEDO – FULL-TIME
The YWCA is seeking a Full-time Marketing Coordinator position in Toledo, to serve as a social media expert to create and execute an inspiring communications plan that engages every audience and shares a compelling vision to educate the community about the need for our work and our impact.
Duties include: developing and implementing an integrated, agency-wide, strategic, internal/external communications plan to broaden awareness of the YWCA brand identity across key stakeholder audiences, identifying key demographics for targeted campaigns, creating a public relations strategy that will allow YWCA executive and board leadership to cultivate and enhance relationships with external audiences, including the media and public officials. Duties also include creating press releases and monthly and quarterly newsletters; providing oversight and supervision of all events, marketing and media for the YWCA, coordinating donor/sponsor acknowledgements, designing all print and digital marketing materials and supervising Marketing Specialist.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field and minimum of five year’s progressive experience in marketing, communications and community experience is required. Minimum of two years supervisory experience required. Must have exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills. Proven experience in web design, social media platforms and related tools is necessary. Excellent organizational and presentation skills required. Experience training and coaching adults preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel is necessary.
Salary: $49,000-$54,000. Benefits available.
