JOB TITLE: Senior Clinical Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Has oversight of agency clinical services including, but not limited to, the management, supervision and direction of program staff. Actively collaborates a member of the senior management team in the development of short and long range business planning and mission growth.

TYPICAL DUTIES:
• Guide the overall programs of the agency so that agency philosophy is continued, sustained and developed in accordance with the agency’s mission.
• Assist in the hiring, orientation, training and evaluation of program personnel.
• As a member of senior leadership, collaborate in the creation of both short term and long term business planning demonstrating fiscal accountability and service advancement.
• Assist in identifying sources of funding in order to sustain and develop services.
• Cultivate and maintain cooperative working relationships with community agencies including United Ways, mental health boards and other referral and funding sources.
• Lead the agency’s CQI committee in meetings and Peer Review as the CQI Director.
• Regularly travel to agency area offices.
• Present LSS and affiliate LMM agencies in a positive and professional manner, both in the workplace and in the community.
• Represent the agency at a variety of functions and meetings.
• Assume other appropriate duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s Degree in human service field. Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or specifically appointed credentials.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct counseling experience.
• High degree of initiative with Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven leadership skills in the areas of personnel management and budget development.
• The ability to research, plan, develop and implement new program strategies
• Ability to collaborate in the creation of short and long term business strategies.
• Background screening including OBCI fingerprints, drug tests, and reference checks required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving history is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Salary, Exempt
