Vice President

Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio is seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record to serve as agency Vice President. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in non-profit administration. Experience to include exposure to budgeting, personnel administration, financial management, program development and fundraising. Candidate must be articulate, have a high degree of initiative and independence and demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with various constituents and groups. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a Master’s Degree preferred. Experience as a licensed mental health counselor is a plus!

Lutheran Social Services provides mental health counseling and other program services in 24 counties with an annual operating budget of 3.5 million.
